So why the Executor Fifth Ronaldo?

Public who watched the fierce fight between the national teams of Portugal and Spain to end on Wednesday (6/27/2012), will recall the expression of disappointment was captain and striker "Seleccao", Cristiano Ronaldo, after learning that his team failed to advance to the European Cup final 2012 because it lost 2-4 via the shootout. CR7, Ronaldo was commonly called, can only be disappointed without a killer because he donates kick designated as the executor of his team while the fifth had failed two previous executor.

Many have questioned the reason, whether it's the Portugal national team coach, Paulo Bento, or even Ronaldo himself, regarding the placement of the fifth Ronaldo as executor. Yet in an important game match before, both with the national team and his club, Real Madrid, Ronaldo was always on the list of three main executor of the penalty.

Turn penalty is the right coach to set one up. Coach Paulo Bento also admitted that it was he who asked the 27-year-old star was to be the executor of the last. What is the reason?

"We have a set plan (the executor) and if this was the score to 4-4 and he (Ronaldo) will execute the last shot we will be talking of different things," he said as quoted by Reuters.

This is consistent with the statement that Ronaldo has said that he was asked by Bento to be the executor of the fifth and he immediately agreed.

Unfortunately, up Bento, these predictions do not go according to plan. Joao Moutinho kicks, executor of the first, successfully anticipated by the Spanish keeper, Iker Casillas, and Bruno Alves kick hit the crossbar. Meanwhile, four of the three executors Spain has managed to score a goal. As a result, Ronaldo had to lift a suitcase with a very great curiosity.

This 43-year-old coach also admitted that luck was not in favor of his team despite all the players have performed very satisfactorily.

"If you do not have any luck, then you will lose it. We do not have enough luck in this game," he said.
