Granite Xhaka Admits Intentionally foils Goals


Granite Xhaka seeded Swiss made ​​a shocking statement after the Swiss beat Albania 2-0 in World Cup qualifying.

The 19-year-old midfielder admitted he deliberately sabotaged the chance to score because he felt he was "entirely the Albanians."

Xhaka moved from Basel to Borussia last summer for a fee of 8.5 million euros.

He was born in Kosovo after Albanian descent parents who lost their homes during the civil war in Yugoslavia in the 1990s.

Shortly after the game ended, Xhaka write acknowledgment message in his Facebook account:

"As the match Switzerland vs Albania, I feel many different emotions raging. I do not know what to do and how to do it. Maybe for you I was a traitor, but I totally feel as ALBANIA."
