"I'm delighted to have been recruited and re-tuned Fulham match with Martin Jol," said Berba, as reported by the Daily Mail.
"After learning interest in Fulham, I easily made the decision to join. I was impressed with the situation here and the people are very welcomed. I can not wait to be a starter," he added.
Berba was once a foster child when Jol at Tottenham Hotspur a few seasons ago. At Fulham, he is believed to wear the number 9 shirt.
