Victims of racist So Newcastle players in the Netherlands
Newcastle United accepted a less favorable response in a test match in the Netherlands, on Saturday (4/8). Toon Army black players were reported to be victims of racism unscrupulous local supporters.
Newcastle was in the Hague, the Netherlands, to lead a friendly match against ADO Den Haag, at Kyocera Stadium. However, the match was marred by a small group of supporters who hosts a sound imitating the sound of monkeys to Papiss Cisse, Demba Ba, and Cheik Tiote.
The majority of racist incidents occurred when the first half ended with 0-0 draw standing still. The Magpies then officials immediately reported the incident is embarrassing to the Hague.
According to the Chronicle Live, the Dutch club and promised to immediately investigate the incident of racism. However, until now not known if Newcastle had received an official apology from the club that actually has a lot of black players were.
Racism is a hot topic in the realm of football in recent months. Liverpool player, Luis Suarez, received suspended sentences for eight months after being accused of racist call to give Manchester United defender Patrice Evra.
Chelsea captain, John Terry, is also facing similar problems. Although found not guilty on charges of racist acts to QPR defender, Anton Ferdinand, at Westminster Magistrates' Court, he now even face sanctions from the FA in the same case.
