Kiss Logo Club, Uruguay striker Sebastian Abreu Punished


Uruguay striker Sebastian Abreu, penalized one game for his current club logo kiss Figueirense match against Flamengo in the Brazilian league, last August 8, 2012.

Abreu was on loan to Botafogo Figueirense this season. However, the striker's 35-year devotion to Botafogo never faded. It was pointed out when defending Figueirense against Flamengo in Orlando Scarpelli Stadium.

When Figueirense got a corner kick in the second half, Abreu suddenly raised his uniform and kissed the logo attached Futurama t-shirt. It was done in front of the stands Abreu Flamengo fans.

Cash-haired striker action that sparked emotion Flamengo fans. Understandably Botafogo are rivals Flamengo in the Brazilian league. In a t-shirt that used Abreu, also there Uruguay club Nacional logo and pictures of his son. Abreu only got a yellow card for his actions.

Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) decided to give a one-match penalty for Abreu. Former River Plate player is considered to provoke the Flamengo fans.

Thus Abreu can not strengthen Figueirense against Cruzeiro, Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Abreu itself is bolstering Uruguay in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers when Figueirense against Cruzeiro.
