RVP contract with Arsenal

Finally, a puzzle about the future of Arsenal striker Robin van Persie, is fulfilled. With a firm, the Dutch national team player stated that he would not renew his contract with Arsenal. That way, most likely he will leave the Emirates Stadium next season.

"I've thought long and hard about my future at Arsenal. I have decided not to renew his contract with Arsenal," said the former Feyenoord player is as reported by Soccerway.

"The fans would have been disappointed with my choice. But, they have the right to give opinions," he added.

In addition, he also openly about his attitude during these silent when asked about his future at Arsenal. He admitted, his attitude is based on several reasons.

"I have been silent out of respect and loyalty for the club and has been agreed with the club's chief executive, Ivan Gazidis and coach, Arsene Wengaer. But, with so much speculation in the media, I think this is a good time for all to know what happened exactly ,'' he said.

RVP who joined Arsenal since 2004 has collected 96 goals in 194 appearances. In fact, last season he was able to win two individual titles, that is, the top score of the Premier League with 30 goals and the best player the Premier League.
