Real Betis Squad retire No. 26 Miki Roque Property

Sad news came a few days ago. Former Liverpool player currently for Real Betis, Miki Roque, have breathed his last after suffering a pelvic cancer.

Roque's departure clearly makes Spanish football in mourning. Even some of the Spanish national team penggawa like Pepe Reina and Cesc Fabregas memersembahkan European Cup trophy to the player. Both players are wearing T-shirts associated with Roque while lifting the trophy.

Roque held a funeral on Monday was attended by the staff of Betis and 1000 of their fans.

The club itself confirmed that the number one jersey will be retired Roque's 26 and there should not be wearing it again.
