Israel midfielder, who owned Chelsea status, crossed into North London at the start of last season as a loan for a year due to personnel performing a limited chance at Stamford Bridge, where it only recorded a total of 12 games after digaet in 2010.
"The lending me with Arsenal will officially end tomorrow," Benayoun wrote on his Twitter account.
"I want to say again thank you very much to the fans and the club," added the 32-year player.
While at Arsenal, the former Liverpool player was featured quite regularly. He played 25 times and accounted for six goals in all competitions for Arsene Wenger last season.
