Adidas Leave Liverpool

Liverpool will not wear a costume with adidas style again after they failed to agree on a contract extension with the sponsorship of the German apparel company. Next season, the Reds will use artificial Warrior uniform.

Adidas to end their cooperation with Liverpool after the Reds asked for substantial sponsorship funds. Of rumors circulating in the British media, Liverpool requested sponsorship funding increase of 12 million pounds (167 billion yen) to 25 million (349 billion yen) permusimnya. Because it is considered not in accordance with Liverpool achievements in the field, then adidas has refused the request of the Reds.

"We think what prompted Liverpool was balanced by what they showed on the field. It all depends on the success, effort, and popularity. How often do you frequent television appearances and you can profit from merchandising," said Chief Axecutive Adidas, Herbert Hainer , told the Mirror.

"It all depends on what you bring and what you can offer. We think that Liverpool are not reasonably required. Therefore, we reject their request. That's the end of the story," lid Hainer.

Instead, Liverpool mendapuk apparel companies from the United States, Warrior, as the new sponsor their uniforms. Of rumors circulating in the British media, the Reds will get a fund of 25 million pounds during the six years of permusimnya Warrior on such cooperation.

"With the Liverpool pleasure to announce that we have reached a deal on to co-operate with the Warriors next season 2012-2013. Agreement is an achievement in the history of Liverpool as well as showing the value of the club globally," said Managing Director of the Reds, Ian Ayre .
